• BaileeSoft-Initiated Cancellation:

• The service was not delivered within the agreed time frame due to our fault.

• The service provided does not match what was described or agreed upon in the service agreement.

• The client cancels the order within the eligible time window (before service work begins).

• Third-party licensing or services purchased on your behalf.

• Services that have been fully or partially rendered.

• Government or statutory registration fees (e.g., GST, company registration, etc.).

4. Processing Refunds
